We start a habit the same way and say it’s going to stick.

We know doing the same thing over and over again and expecting something new is the definition of insanity. So why do we do it?
If you want to make a change, figure out what you are already doing. Break the cycle. Change the narrative.
That interruption is invaluable. Otherwise, you’ll just keep running in circles saying you’re about to run straight.
