But when is it really?
When Gutenberg developed the printing press, 92% of the world couldn’t read. It wasn’t the best time.
When the car was released to purchase for consumers, it was illegal to drive a car, and there were no roads or gas stations. It wasn’t the best time.
Even when Apple made all their MacBook ports USB-C, there were barely any good adapters and plenty of complaints. It wasn’t the best time.
These steps were not taken with the idea that the conditions were right. It was taken because the conditions weren’t right. That something had to push a change.
If you want to commit to a challenging project, explore something new, you don’t need to spend 5 minutes going over all the reasons it’s not the best time. That’s the easy part.
Better to think about the reasons why you want, and maybe need, to do it in the first place. That can push you a lot more than waiting for when the time is right.
