It’s easy to look at a job posting and think we aren’t qualified. It’s natural to want to share something new and think we aren’t worthy. It’s just human nature to look at ourselves and think we aren’t enough

But if we don’t believe in ourselves, who will?

Go into the interview believing you deserve the position. Share something because you know it’s worth sharing. Always give yourself a yes.

And if the world replies back no, then it’s a no.

But it isn’t up to you to discern that. It’s up to the world. Because sometimes there’s a yes out there waiting for you to talk to it.
