Curious or Angry?

Catherine Hoke says that “You can’t be curious and angry at the same time”. So you have to choose.

When the misfortune of losing something stumbles upon you, will you be angry at fate, or be curious how it happened?

When inconvenience like traffic is troubling you, are you angry at those around you, or curious what you can see while you’re not in motion.

When you experience failure, will you be angry at yourself or curious to what change could’ve avoided it?

You can’t do both, so pick wisely. But I’d bet the world is looking for more people who can look at any situation and be curious than someone who can be angry.
